  • Building good customer relationships and based upon knowledge of customer’s needs, tailoring promotional messages to best disseminate information regarding new/exiting products, product selection, supply/inventory and pricing trends.

  • Undertake other responsibilities and tasks related to the business interests of the company.

  • Can articulate the competitive advantage of the product offerings and deliver value proposition

  • Demonstrate active listening, quickly and accurately identify clients needs and articulate appropriate solutions.

  • Understand and proactively identify opportunities for additional business from prospects and clients-knowledge of investments and financial markets and apply key principles appropriately to the individual client’s investment needs.

  • Maintain a high level of personal integrity and comply with the guidelines for business conduct as stated by the company.

  • Demonstrate a passion for driving sales up, following through on commitments, process efficiency and time management.

  • Passion of excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations.

  • Ability to close new business deals with good negotiation skills.

  • Research on markets and clients needs.

  • Look for opportunities for value added selling.

  • Act as a company resource, by counselling and advising customers.

  • Utilize creative and innovative sales techniques to increase sales volume.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and post sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business.

  • Analysis of the market and competitors on the ground.

  • Performs field promotion work and bringing new clients on board

  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

  • Assist with generating proposals to new prospects and existing clients.

  • Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint etc)
