Rolymatt Solutions – SMC Limited is looking for a Marketing Executive with sales and marketing experience to join the company in realising the vision, goals and objectives as well as uphold company values. As a marketing Executive, your core responsibilities amongst others will be to ensure that personal monthly revenue targets and annual targets are achieved or exceeded by utilizing your profound experience.  

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure monthly revenue and annual target is achieved by onboarding new prospective clients and existing clients.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) to take the company to the next level.
  • Possess leadership skills to manage the team for effective business productivity.
  • Develop new business value add services to increase revenue, inline with achievable revenue targets.
  • Represent company values in all dealings with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Help the company maintain, improve, expand brand image as well as footprint.

Responsibilities: 

  • Should be commercially focused, to help the business achieve its core objectives.

  • Responding to customer order requests in adherence with company procedures.

  • New business development, from either company clients in the country; generate leads, referrals or own knowledge base.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service, support by being customer-centric.

  • Develop business revenue growth strategies and funnels to achieve the set KPIs.
  • Define weekly, monthly and annual revenue achievable targets.
  • Perform market research and analysis in line with company products/services and then develop proactive marketing strategies.
  • Help the business target the right consumers and optimize the growth strategies.
  • Perform in-depth studies of market trends, market conditions, consumer buying behaviors and develop required strategies.
  • Identify prospects and turn leads into loyal customers.
  • Define daily, weekly, monthly reports and which should be shared consistently.
  • Be able to compile prospective customer database for telemarketing and telesales.
  • Be creative and proactive problem solving leader.
  • Adaptable, honest, collaborative with positive attitude and drive for effective results.
  • Must show strong leadership capabilities for career progression in marketing.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ proven sales-marketing experience with results.
  • Ability to communicate via telephone, email, whatsapp, zoom whenever required.
  • Presentable and confident in face to face meetings.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field, from a recognized learning institution.
  • Able to build rapport quickly over the phone or face to face.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Analytical skills and understanding customer buying behaviors.
  • Motivated and passionate.

Location:- Gayaza: Manyangwa, Ndazabazadde along Kabubbu Road.

Reports to: Successful candidate will report to the Business Manager.

Job Type: Probational 6 months, renewable till 1 year; performance will be monitored, reviewed and position can be confirmed as permanent upon achieved performance results.

Salary: The position is a base monthly salary and attractive commission structure.
